Return & Refund Policy - Moni V Boutique
Thank you for shopping with Moni V Boutique! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return policy below. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be: Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. With all tags and packaging attached. Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any damage.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, including: Sale or clearance items, accessories (earrings, hats, scarves, etc.) Bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, or Gift cards.
How to start a return: 1. Email us at shopmonivboutique@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions or a prepaid label (if applicable). 3. Ship your item back within the return window.
Moni V Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear after processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping Customer pays for return shipping.
Exchanges At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at shopmonivboutique@icloud.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
