Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During busy seasons, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States Only.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24 -48 hours for the tracking link to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Moni V Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at shopmonivboutique@icloud.com to request an address change.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier ( USPS, UPS, FEDEx etc.)
We are not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Local Pickup
Local customers can select “Local Pickup “at checkout.
we will notify you via email or text when your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification.
